Capital Campaigns
Non-profit organizations generally conduct capital campaigns to
raise funds for new or renovated buildings, equipment and endowment
funds. These campaigns
often place
an additional
burden on an already overburdened development staff. With proper
assessment of fundraising and staffing capabilities along with detailed
campaign planning, campaigns can not only reach or exceed goals
but also add long-term value to development programs.

staff if necessary.

brochures, letterhead, pledge cards and other collateral materials.

steering committee including developing job descriptions, setting

rating these prospects for size of gift and determining the most
appropriate contact.
